The bodywork/therapy entails a mixture of attunements, the 5 Tibetan Rites, Yoga postures and positions, Mudras involving deep affirmations, meditation, Bodywork, Marma Point Therapy, Ayurvedic Dosha Therapy and Pranayama. Even though we have listed the 8 levels above, this isnt always the case, as each individual brings forward a different focus and intention. Most of the time the sessions are tailored to suit you own personal individual needs and requirements.
