Sex coaching focuses on the present and the future. Sex coaching does not focus on the past. We usually only look into the past when we go through the intake of your sex and relationship history. We look at what can be done to move you into your desired future.

 

Sex coaching is client-centred. Your desire to reach your goals for your sexual healing and fulfilment is at the centre of the process. The process is driven by you – the client. It is not driven by your coach. You are at all times responsible and accountable for your decisions and choices. 

This approach empowers you to take control over your life.

 

Sex coaching is dynamic, interactive and proactive. It is an interactive and participatory process. We draw upon many techniques of various disciplines.

 

At the centre lies clinical sexology. Sex coaching can involve personalised sexuality education, carrying out home assignments, practical and psychological exercises, guided meditations and visualisations, reading, learning from videos, journalling and more.

Sex coaching is a collaboration between you and the coach. It is team work. The coach acts as your guide assisting you on your journey towards reaching sexual healing and fulfilment.

 

Sex coaching is non-pathologising. Sex coaching is sex positive. You are not a patient with a sexual dysfunction. You are a client who has questions or concerns around your sexuality and relationships.
